High rigidity upper knife holder (common to cutter and winder)
In addition to conventional pressure control, the diameter measurement after installing the slitter knife has been automated. Ball splines are used in the sliding part to increase rigidity. The upper knife can be replaced using the conventional one-touch coupler method. Also, since the diameter measurement sensor is a touch type, there is no malfunction due to paper dust, etc. When you enter the setting value, it will automatically move to the lap position. The amount of vertical lap, the vertical position of the cutting point, etc. can be changed even during operation.
Lower knife unit (for cutter)
Diameter measurement after installing the slitter knife has been automated, and LM Guide is used in the sliding part to increase rigidity. Also, since the diameter measurement sensor is a touch type, there is no malfunction due to paper dust, etc. When you enter the setting value, it will automatically move to the lap position. The amount of vertical lap, the vertical position of the cutting point, etc. can be changed even during operation.
